Appointment Deposits & Updated Cancellation Policy
At Aesthetics By KW, we pride ourselves on delivering quality, results-driven treatments tailored just for you.For those who may not know me well—I’m Kylie, a cosmetic registered nurse, a clinical nurse within the acute health system, and a proud mummy to three wonderful children. My passion for health and wellness extends to both my family and my clients.With this in mind, managing my time effectively is essential. Just as I deeply respect your time and aesthetic goals, I kindly ask for the same respect in return when it comes to appointment scheduling and pricing.
To secure your appointment moving forward, a $100 deposit will be required.You can easily book your treatment online or in clinic, and the deposit will be taken at the time of booking. For bookings made via message or phone call, an online invoice will be sent directly to you for deposit payment.
Please note our secure 48-hour cancellation policy:Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will forfeit the deposit.Cancellations made within 24 hours or re-scheduling/no-shows will incur a fee of 75% of the treatment cost.Thank you for understanding and supporting these policies—they allow me to maintain the highest level of care and commitment to every client.
