- Appointment Deposits At Aesthetics By KW, every appointment is carefully planned to provide you with the highest level of personalised care and exceptional results. To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect everyone's time, the following booking policy applies.
- A $100 booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits can be paid when booking online or in clinic. For appointments made via phone or message, an online invoice will be sent for payment.
- Cancellation Policy * 48+ hours' notice: Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment.
- * Less than 48 hours' notice: Your $100 deposit will be forfeited.
- * Less than 24 hours' notice, same-day cancellations, rescheduling within 24 hours, or failure to attend: A fee equal to 75% of the scheduled treatment cost will apply.
- Returns and Refunds Policy
- Treatments + Services Due to the nature of cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, we do not offer refunds for services that have already been performed. Treatment outcomes vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
- If you have any concerns following your treatment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible so we can assess your concerns and determine the most appropriate course of action. Skincare Products Unopened, unused skincare products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase with proof of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided the product is in saleable condition. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:
- * Opened or used skincare products.
- * Products that have been damaged or stored incorrectly after purchase.
- * Gift cards or promotional items.
- Faulty Products If you believe a product is faulty or defective, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
